I got some of my textbooks for the fall. I have to take a class called Food Literacy, which is only offered at 7:30 AM and has a three hour lab on Thursday night. Sounds fun right? So I'm looking at my booklist and the book I need is called Professional Cooking by Wayne Glissen. So I'm assuming its like a fancy cookbook or something and I order it. Well it got here Friday and this thing is MASSIVE.


I should be able to say I'm a professional cook if I read the whole thing right?
1,088 Pages of cooking knowledge that I will cram into my tiny brain, 10 lbs. of weight added to my cute blue backpack and waking up at 7 AM. It will be an interesting semester.
